You have control over all aspects of the design, the style, the size, choice of willow and finish. They are all for you to choose. All the Custom bats we supply are handmade in the UK, using only the finest materials. We hand select every willow cleft and match it to your specification and design. Created by batmakers with over 70 years of experience we combine good design with skilled construction. The cleft is expertly shaped using drawknives, spokeshaves, and woodenblock planes and together with the human senses of sight, feel and sound a truly individual bat is the end result. Hand sanding with three grades of sandpaper achieves a very high finish and the edges of the bat are boned to make them more resillient to damage.
The end result is a unique cricket bat that will be a pleasure to own and use.
Please note the bats are not 'off the shelf', each bat is made to order and will take between 2-4 weeks depending on the willow clefts available at that time.
